Caretaking and Keyholder Services

Leaf cleanup and removal is a crucial step in preparing your lawn and landscape for the winter months. Left on the lawn and in garden beds, leaves become wet and compacted and can kill grass, clog drains, and harbor pests. A few of the fall and pre-winter services include:

Blowing leaves from all landscape beds
Gutter clean out of leaf accumulation
Removing all leaves and debris from lawn and turf areas, on decks, and under shrubs
Pruning of shrubs and small trees
Garden bed cut backs of perennials
Installation of deer fencing around shrubs, plants and evergreens
Construction of snow frames for winter protection of shrubs

You can check and control your homes heat remotely, and you have a security system, but issues can still arise that you may not be aware of. Did a limb fall on the roof and rain is leaking in? Property Plus takes the worry out of second home ownership by performing a variety of services that fall under the 'caretaking' umbrella. These include physically inspecting the property inside and out to ensure proper upkeep, maintenance, and security; keyholder services for emergencies and alarm activations; and meeting deliveries or service companies. (This service is not offered ala carte, but is an optional add-on to lawn and landscape customers.)
